HOW TO IMPLEMENT?

Communication

  • Our marketing specialist will go over the terms with you before we move forward with our work arrangement.

  • Once the agreement is established, a meeting will be scheduled with one of our Account Representatives and/or our Client Success Manager to discuss your business requirements. This includes qualifications, responsibilities, potential tool requirements, and workdays for the candidates.

  • Upon conclusion of the meeting, we will identify Virtual Assistants (VA’s) with skills that best match your needs. You will receive resumes and our reasoning for selecting them. After you are content with the candidates, you'll have the chance to meet and interview them.

  • Once you are satisfied with the Virtual Assistant, we will proceed and then move to the next process. 

Training

  • Our designated Account Representatives and Virtual Assistant (VA) will undergo training for your company. In the event of unforeseen circumstances like health emergencies, power interruptions, or internet outages, our BDR can step in or find a replacement from our pool to ensure adherence to the work schedule. It's important to note that you won't incur additional charges for the BDR; we've arranged it as part of our service for you. Additionally, there may be instances where our Client Success Manager joins in the training sessions to check on them.

  • Within the agreement, our Virtual Assistant (VA) will skillfully manage the designated role, and the Account Representative will serve as our liaison. In the event of any feedback or suggestions to enhance our solutions, please feel free to share them with your assigned Account Representative. We welcome your input as we continually strive to improve and exceed your expectations.

Talent Reservoir

  • We consistently gather qualified candidates to build a diverse pool of virtual assistants. This diversity proves beneficial in scenarios like:

    • The virtual assistant has resigned and requires a replacement.

    • In case you require extra virtual assistants for your workforce.

    • If we acquire a new client, potentially through a referral, who requires the services of a virtual assistant.

  • To sustain an ongoing talent pooling initiative, we have a dedicated team actively scouting for top talent daily. This strategy guarantees that our selection remains comprehensive and competitive, enabling us to meet our clients' business requirements effectively.
